Indication
Ulesfia^® (benzyl alcohol) Lotion is indicated for the topical treatment of head lice infestation in patients 6 months of age and older. Ulesfia^® Lotion does not have ovicidal activity.

Important Safety Information

Tell your healthcare provider about all your medical conditions, including if you:
- - Have any skin conditions or sensitivities
- - Are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or
- - Are breastfeeding
Do not get Ulesfia^® Lotion into eyes. Protect your eyes when using this product. If Ulesfia^® Lotion gets in the eye, flush with water right away
Skin irritation may occur with Ulesfia^® Lotion. If skin or eye irritation happens, rinse with water right away, then call your healthcare provider or go to the emergency department
Children need adult help in applying Ulesfia^® Lotion. Keep Ulesfia^® Lotion and all medicines out of the reach of children
Do not swallow Ulesfia^® Lotion. If swallowed, call your healthcare provider right away
Wash your hands after you apply Ulesfia^® Lotion
The most common side effects are skin or eye itching, redness or irritation
